● The Marketing Agreement allows our company to market the Client’s product and provide a potential buyer for an agreed commission of $1,000. ● All deposits are refundable if a prospective buyer is not satisfied prior to the transaction being finalized. ● This Agreement is an Open Agreement, which allows the Client to market their product outside of the Contractor’s marketing strategies. ● The Agreement can be nullified or voided at any time by Client and/or Contractor. ● If the Client sells the product independently they will notify the Contractor as soon as possible.
